저는 목표 합의부터 출시까지 의사결정 기준이 명확한 방식으로 일했습니다. 이해관계자와 성공 지표와 제약조건을 먼저 정리한 뒤, VOC와 플로우 분석으로 마찰 지점을 진단하고 영향도·리스크·공수 기준으로 2~3개의 대안을 제시했습니다. 이후 프로토타입으로 방향을 검증하고, 재사용 가능한 규칙과 컴포넌트로 시스템화한 뒤, 출시 후 학습을 다음 개선 사이클로 연결했습니다.
