Challenge

The existing website was structured for domestic ad-driven users with high problem awareness. For global market expansion, we needed to redesign the web flow targeting potential customers with low problem awareness who weren't actively seeking solutions.

Goal

  1. Transform text-heavy necessity appeal into data-driven persuasion strategy

  2. Create daily life problem situation illustrations for universal relatability

  3. Enable seamless transition from problem awareness to purchase decision

  4. Establish consistent brand experience through motion graphics
