OVERVIEW
Challenge
Workground had office spaces but no users. The existing website was a static information page with no user accounts, online booking, or purchase functionality. Tour bookings required phone/email coordination with 1-2 day delays, and user experience was fragmented across offline touchpoints.
Goal
Design user journey-based information architecture covering discovery, tour, purchase, and daily usage
Build PWA responsive design system with bento grid layout for cross-platform accessibility
Enable self-service tour booking with QR-based unmanned entry system
Create integrated membership home dashboard with 1-second access to key information
Result
In Development, 80+ screens designed, complete design system delivered, expected launch Q1 2025
